West Eugene manufacturing company seeking an experienced, reliable and task - oriented Administrative Coordinator. Someone who is energetic, professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats and is comfortable working in the office as well as brief outings to the shop/yard.


* Some duties include but not limited to, answering phone calls of customers, suppliers, truckers and directing them to the appropriate person
* Filing, billing, A/P, payroll and scheduling
* Ability to meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly processes for invoicing, PO's, debit and credit memos, return orders, credit card reconciliations, expense reports and credit request process
* Assist HR with requested items from employees
* Arrange scrap pickup and yard fuel drops
* Read and reroute incoming mail, email and phone messages
* Create, edit and updated spreadsheets
* Process payments based on orders and aging documents, via cash, check, PO and credit card, both in person and over the phone
* Ensure Safety, OSHA and MSDS reporting
* Proficient in the entire MS Office suite products
* Manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll timesheets and time off requests
* Maintain general appearance and environment such as prepping coffee, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, emptying of trashes and recycling
