CSR/Admin. (NW PDX/Bethany)
The CSSR work's to maximize positive customer experiences by responding to customer inquiries or complaints regarding the company's products or services. They will communicate with internal and external customers about basic underwriting guidelines, policies, and marketing initiatives to service customer accounts.
• Assist with the annual review process
• Client/Claims liaison
• Determine customer requirements and expectations
• General CSR/Admin. duties as necessary
• Inbound/outbound calls
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Review renewal business and identify appropriate follow-up action
• Ability to learn quickly
• Detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Problem solving
• Drug screening/background check
• Team player
• Basic PC skills, basic math skills, strong analytical capability, and conflict resolution
• Previous customer service, sales, and/or insurance experience
